So, just upgraded to iOS 6. One feature I was looking forward to was the ability to share photos on Facebook right from the photos app. So, I tried it out and have discovered something odd...
When I post something from the Facebook app (text and/or picture) I immediately see it in my news feed - and so do all my friends. But, when I do the photo share thing from the photos app, I can see it in my TIMELINE, but NOT in MY NEWS FEED - though it appears that all my friends can see it in THEIR NEWS FEED because of the likes and comments I get. And it's not only on the Facebook app, I also can't see the post in my news feed when looking at Facebook in a browser on my macbook. So, it appears that any photo shared from the photo app to Facebook, is not showing up in my own view of the news feed.

Anyone else notice this?

Same happens when you post a status straight from the notification center. Facebook sees it as an app posting on your behalf so you don't see those types of posts. It's normal, per se, meaning there's nothing wrong with your phone, but I think that's something facebook will change soon
