iOS Facebook Single Sign-On

Has anybody got this working. The documentation facebook provides really sucks. I have the old facebook connect working fine but this new one just doesn't work. Even their DemoApp on github, doesn't work. I put in my application ID into the variable and put it in the pslist as "fb01235" (012345 being my application ID). It's ridiculous how difficult facebook makes this for developers. So frustrated right now, all I want is the DemoApp working, anybody know why is not working? Thanks.

Exact Problem:
SDK: iOS 4.0 (Ran on Device and Simulator, Device has the Facebook App over v3.23)

When I click login in the app, it launches a webbrowser in the simulator (the facebook app on the device) and it says "An error occurred. Please try again later."

Did you and anybody ever figure this out? I'm having the exact same issue.
