Really simple! 
1.Launch Facebook app on iPhone.
2.Top left, tap it and the sidebar will fly out, find the 'Friends' bar/icon.
3.In the top right corner there is a button, click it and select "Sync Contacts".
And you're done, your contacts should start syncing. Hope I helped.
