    There are still several bugs:

Graphics glitches with text in some info boxes that makes it impossible to scroll beyond that section.

The accelerometer is crap when looking straight down onto the phone, the way I normally hold it...not out in front. The photos don't rotate properly.

Several of my friends say that when chatting, it says I go offline and back online frequently and it annoys them. This has happened on 3g and WIFI.

My photo albums don't line up with the correct titles.

When searching for a friend, if you hit the (x) to clear the text, it scrolls down and the text searching panel is scrollable and you have to scroll up in a tiny thin strip back to the search panel. Its like you can see the layer underneath. Its pretty crappy.

Overall, the app is much better than the original offering, and can only get better. Facebook has a feedback wall setup for this app, and you can submit bugs to them directly as well as feature requests.

Have you ever used chat in regular Facebook? It's a nightmare for me, and many other friends of mine. Buggy as hell, and really unreliable. I've actually found the iPhone app chat -- while not perfect -- a little less likely to do weird things for me.

    Yes!
I implore all of you to please submit bugs and feature requests! Let's get this app as perfect as it can be! It's pretty good now, but there can always be improvements...

You can't tag photos yet. But the tags that are already on photos will show up. Press down on the photo for a second, and you'll see them. Also, if you use one finger to press and show the tags, and another to click on them, you'll go to that person's Facebook profile (if there is one). Its a bit tricky to do, but it IS possible...

You can't view your notifications or your friend requests.

Also, viewing pictures and using the accelerometer to turn them around needs to be fixed. It doesn't work correctly.

I seemed quite a lot like they just rushed something out the door for launch day, but now that this update has appeared it's actually usable and has a reasonable amount of functionality.
There really wasn't any point in using it before, especially as the web app is so good. C'mon, you couldn't even write on someone's wall!

Same thing I was thinking.. I would really like to have my friend requests and notifications accessible through the app. I didn't realize this and had pending requests for over a week since 99% of the time I access Facebook from my phone.

Notifications i'm not so concerned about but it would be a nice addition and I'm sure we'll see both of these features in the next update.

I've noticed it doesn't update your friends list.

If you've had a few people accept they show on the website however on the application there not there, if you log out and back in they appear but it's a pain to have to keep doing that.
