FaceID animation on MR

hey. I’m curious to know if this is normal: FaceID animation (the one you’d see when you’re authenticating to access passwords or log into some apps) appears upon each refresh or navigation in macrumors’ forums. Is this normal? I’m usually not signed in. Possibly because there’s a login area somewhere on the screen that it’s autofilling?
