Completely useless piece of information…
I put my phone on the banister the other day and my smoke alarm beeped a couple of times. It was almost in sync with me placing my phone down and was very strange but surely a coincidence? Today my phone was in the same place and I tapped the screen to check the time and the smoke alarm beeped a few times once again. I realised that the alarm is directly above the phone and it must be the IR from the faceID sensors setting it off! Not important, but interesting and unexpected!
