FaceID not working for me at all.

Think my device might be defective. FaceID isn’t working for me at all. Tried resetting and redoing it multiple times.

Update:
Updating to iOS 11.1 solved this issue!

How bizarre. For me it has been faultless. Looking at different angles, from decent distances etc. I’m surprised how good it is.

you are the second one with that issue, now I am glad I have two iPhone X coming today incase there is faulty issue with FaceID.
Apple should really address the issue, hope it doesn't becoming "Facegate"

This guy/gal has the same issue, and it was completely resolved by updating to iOS 11.1.
