faces in iphoto 09

hi all,
when i switch the iphoto09 to face, i realized all the faces have now gone and how can i recover them? any setting i have to consider?

yes, i did that! but the faces just gone.....

Is this a "Back to Future..." type of thing? Maybe a relative went to the 1950s and is messing around with history.

I always wondered if the "face" feature was all it was cracked up to be. I use aperture/lightroom.

Sorry I can't help you. I was just curious to know your problem. Hopefully this bump will get you to the right person.

Launch iPhoto while holding down the Command and Option keys. Check the boxes relating to thumbnails (and any others you want, they won't hurt anything), then click ok. You'll have to give it a while to run, but when it finishes, you might find everything is working better.
