iPhone FaceTime app?

Am I seeing a FaceTime app on the iPhone??

Correct me if I am wrong but we never had that on the iPhone before, it was all part of the phones app.

What is the reason behind this?

Consistency between iPhone/iPad/Mac?

It always takes me a bit to remember there is no separate app on the iPhone if my iPad isn't available for FaceTime.

My thought was they separated it because you can now do audio only FT calls and it would be easily confused if in phone app.
