Facetime button not there after jailbreak?

So I cleared my network settings, and it made MMS come back, but I don't have a facetime button and can't facetime. I just jailbroke my phone 20 mins ago.

Also, I can't find sbsettings, etc in Cydia and, whenever i open cydia I get Error: cached failure

I also try to uninstall lockinfo and i get host unreachable every time 🙁

Have you installed all the latest updates from Cydia and rebooted your phone (This bit is essential to make it come back)

I installed the "crucial updates" (doesnt say there are anymore) but I havent restarted. I shall try!
