Hi All,

I have early 2014 MBA and late 2013 MBP. With identical FaceTime set-ups on both the MBP and MBA I am able to make and receive calls on my MBP. However, on the MBA I get a message the following message:

"iPhone calls not available. Your iPhone must use the same iCloud and FaceTime account".

I have confirmed that I am using the same iCloud and FaceTime set-ups as the iPhone on the MBA. In fact, I am using the same credentials on the MBP.

Any thoughts on how to resolve?

Log out and back in

Maybe try logging out and back in to iCloud account for FaceTime on the MBA?

With I could log out of iCloud. However, I get message that says the following: "Your iCloud account could not be removed at this time. Turn off all iCloud services and try again".

I have them turned off on my iPhone, iPad and Apple TV3. Still does not work.

Also, I looked at KeyChain in the iCloud services menu. When I uncheck it just re-checks itself back on.

Anyone else have any thoughts.

Maybe try the following: Go into iMessage, Calendar, iTunes, App Store, and FaceTime and sign out of your Apple I.D. account in preferences for each one. After that sign out in the iCloud preferences and sign in again for all apps.
