iPhone FaceTime camera stuck on ultra wide lens?

Has anyone experienced their iPhone 11 get stuck to ultra wide lens on FaceTime?

I can’t seem to find a fix and haven’t seen much on this bug (or maybe it’s like this by design?)

I’ve tried the usual suspects and have reported to Apple.

Didn’t know this was still an issue. I don’t have this issue but haven’t heard anything about it in awhile so I figured it was fixed.

Today's iOS 13.3.1 release fixes this!

Addresses an issue where FaceTime could use the rear facing ultra-wide camera instead of the wide camera
