Hi.

I was trying to call my wife today using FaceTime audio. The call went through from my side but nothing showed up on her phone. So we did some tests and the results are:

1. FaceTime from my 6s (iOS 11.2.5) to her 5s (iOS 10.3.3) doesn't work
2. FaceTime from another 5s (iOS 11.2) to her 5s doesn't work
3. FaceTime from my MacBook Pro (10.12.6) to her 5s works
4. FaceTime from my 6s to another 5s (both running iOS 11) works

Restarted the phone. Turned FaceTime off and back on again. No help.

So obviously there's a problem between iOS 11 and 10 since calling from my Macbook works. Any ideas how to fix this without updating to iOS 11?

Thanks!

Something is unique to your setup because FaceTime between my sister and I works fine (she's on an iPhone 5C which can't run iOS 11 and I'm on an iPhone X).

Do you have iCloud IDs (email addresses) turned on along with the phone number in the FaceTime settings, or does just the phone number have a check mark by it?
