I just upgraded to 4.1 but didnt get a Facetime icon, only a Game center icon. I thought both were supposed to be added.

The FaceTime icon is only for iPod Touch, for the iPhone it's embedded into the phone app.

How do we register an email address to our iPhone? Or will it just be one that is added to your Mail app? =/

good question, maybe it picks up the iphone via the mobile number still? or maybe it's tied into the itunes account.

Edit, just looking, on the iPod Touch, they register the email address with their apple ID thru the Facetime app. http://www.apple.com/ipodtouch/features/facetime.html
