FaceTime International?

I was wondering is FaceTime on iPhone 4 international. I am in Canada and my friend/mate is in England any way we can FaceTime or no?

Yes, as long as you both are on wifi.

Yes I live in US and my Brother in law is in Scottland and we talk to him everyday via FaceTime. It's WiFi, it's not limited to a country.

Japan to/from USA also works perfectly. No extra charges on monthly bill.

as long as it's wifi it will work/they can't charge you.

Talked to my cousin who is on holiday in spain today I'm in the uk.

Works great and I had no problems.
