iPhone 14 Pro FaceTime issue

I had this with my 13 pro max and i just got it for the 1st time with my 14 pro.


Instead of seeing myself on FaceTime I see a grey box. Have to hang up, close FaceTime and make the call again.

Anyone else? Please and thank you.

First things first: Are you a gray box?

If not, then there’s a problem somewhere. Genuine question though: Did you try rebooting your phone? It often fixes issues.

Yeah. My box is grey. I have to just shut the app down and re make the call and it fixes it.
