Go to Cydia and do a complete upgrade. The item it will install is called "Base Structure." Reboot your phone. MMS and FaceTime should work now. If MMS still isn't showing up after a reboot, force quit the Messages app from the multitask bar and then relaunch it.

From Cydia I did a partial/temporary upgrade. Where in cydia does one go to run a "Complete Upgrade" without waiting for it to ask?

I just did a complete upgrade and now the Cydia home page thing won't show up. It just keeps loading in the upper-right corner
Everything else is working fine though. I'm happy I can still search and stuff but I'd like the Cydia home page to come back.
