How long did it take until your facetime worked? Mine isn't working and it's been about an hour since on-line activation. My phone fully works, but that. Other people can request a facetime with me from their phones but it doesn't go through to me.

Mines worked every time. Talked to about 4 different people already. I'm sure you are already aware of it but it only works via wifi. Is your signal strength low or are you on 3G?
mine works but i havent been able to actually use it.
its been chop suey all day. it freezes and drops the call.

It's the same for my dad's iPhone. I went into the phone settings to turn it on but it keeps saying waiting for activation. We are going on 13 hours now.
Make sure face time is turned on. Go to setting>phone and you will see face time, makes sure it's on. You must also be on a good wifi network. Weak wifi networks won't work.

Funny! My mom's wasn't working either...... finally later in the day looked and called her up. Hey mom, turn it on in settings! No issues after that lol.
