FaceTime over 3G back on Fring!

My friend received an email from Fring saying they now have regular non Skype video calls between users, so we tried it and it works! You just need to add them on your buddy list and it allows you to video call if you are both on Fring. It isn't as clear (obviously) but it is consistent and definitely works!

Wait... since when were Fring-Fring video calls NOT working? And I don't think we're at the point of calling Fring video calls "facetime" calls. They're nowhere near the same quality.
