FaceTime wont turn on

I'm running jb 4.1 fw / 1.59.00 bb on an iPhone 4. I have a legit AT&T plan so no need to unlock, but for some reason I can't activate my FaceTime. I go to turn it on, it says "Waiting for activation" for a half second then turns right back off.

Any remedies?*




*that don't include restoring if possible...

Try a few restarts, reset network etc...
Take sim out and back in etc...
Remove Ultrasnow and try it again.

I'll try the first two. I don't have ultrasn0w as I don't need to unlock.

Settings -> Phone -> FaceTime toggle

Resetting & restarting network settings - Negative
Remove & reinsert SIM - Negative
Rebooting device - Negative

Eh, well its not worth it. I don't use it too much anyways. Thanks for the help.
