Factory reset/6.1.3/Jailbroke?

Is it possible to factory reset iphone 4 tethered Jailbreak 6.1.3 I'm selling it in a few days can I factory reset it without losing iOS 6.1.3 if it isn't possible to keep 6.1.3 can I remove my data/info without factory reset and keeping iOS 6.1.3

When I restored my 3gs I had to upgrade from 5 to 6. It would not give me the option to no update and keep 5. So I had to take 6. itunes didn't said upgrade and restore. There was no way to ignore the update. Maybe new versions of iTunes have changed not sure.

Sounds about right if I come across anything I'll post here for others
