Factory reset [need quick help]

so my cousin bought iphone 8. She gave me her iphone 6. So my question is. If i factory reset her old iphone 6 over itunes will she lose all data on her cloud and iphone or will just iphone 6 get totaly deleted?

Just the phone would get wiped.

Make sure find my iPhone is turned off before resetting.

Make sure find my iPhone is turned off before resetting.

If you use iTunes to restore the phone it won't let you perform the restore without turning it off.
