I need to know how we can unlock several iPads. I work for an eyeglass company, we deployed several iPads to our stores with a standard keypad combo for the store managers, when the managers were released a new password was entered on the iPads. We've tried to locate the P.O to no avail.. is there another way we can reset and re-deploy the locked iPads, if you have an answer please email me Reginald.Douglas@nationalvision.com

Thx.

What iOS are you using on the iPads?
And what model are they?

My understanding is you are SOL on this, unless your iOS is pretty old

Worth a try, at least, though I also suspect that perhaps these instructions are not up to date with all the security changes in recent versions of iOS. At the very least you may need to have the matching Apple ID credentials for the iPads; your posting doesn't mention what your situation is with regard to Apple ID credentials.
