factory reset.

i want to factory reset my iphone4 and set it up for my wife. she will transfer her current contract to this phone from a BB.
Which method is best to reset to factory? through itunes or through device reset "erase all" option?

The erase all contents and settings isn't really restoring the phone, do the iTunes method if you want it factory fresh.
