factory reset.

i want to factory reset my iphone4 and set it up for my wife. she will transfer her current contract to this phone from a BB.
Which method is best to reset to factory? through itunes or through device reset "erase all" option? 😉

The erase all contents and settings isn't really restoring the phone, do the iTunes method if you want it factory fresh.
