My iPhone is running 5.1.1 iOS and it locked to Three UK baseband 2.0.12.
I Jailbroke it myself and now i want to Reset it.
But i read somewhere that Resetting will lock it again!
So i wanna know is it safe?

You would want to restore from iTunes instead. Doing it from the phone will just hang up and get stuck on the Apple logo. I also believe Three offers factory unlocks.

If you restore it then you will lose the unlock and JB and your gevey wont work any more.
    Try cleaning out manually.

Not sure about the gevey for a 4S on stock 6.0.1
You will have to ask them or go to geveys site for more details.

You might be out of luck.
Or need to buy a new gevey for the new ios version that you "accidentally" updated to.
