Faint flickering Apple TV+

I've noticed this faint flickering when watching shows on Apple TV+. Seems quite frequent but not too visible.

First thought maybe it was just the show I was watching, but have tried another show with the same result.

I have not noticed this when playing videos on YouTube as yet. Any ideas? 2020 MacBook Air.

I have been experiencing the same with Apple TV app.

Maybe there is some optimization issue.

Does the flickering occur consistently when subtitles are on?
