Fairly Infuriated- Images will not show when importing

The problem is as simple as it sounds.

Normally, I'd take a photo/video, and it would save to my camera roll.

Then, I'd plug it into my pc (using vista) and would go to - Tommys IPhone>Interal Storage> DCIM> Bunch of numbers> IMAGES WOULD LOAD.

I'd have to wait a bit since I have around 2K images, but eventually they would load and my image would be there. Now, for whatever reason, the only images that WILL NOT SHOW, are the images I took today. Everything else is there. They show in the camera roll on the phone, but not on my pc.

This is an Iphone 4 btw.

Try restarting both you iphone and computer and try again.
You can also email those images or pull them on another computer if they are still there listed on your camera roll.

Maybe you have too many images and are exceeding the amount that can be displayed in a folder by your OS?
