fake activation on windows??

iv been looking everywhere, as im going to buy an iphone on nov 9 when its released here in the uk. but i want to unlock it for obvious reasons, but how would i ''fake'' activate it on windows? all i could find was independance and it only runs on macs i think. sooo confused 😕
