Fake icon app iOS 10

Hello all

Suddenly a icon appears on my phone, he have the symbol off LinkedIn but is name change time to time with names from other apps installed.

Wen I try to open nothing appears neither can I remove him

Anyone have this issue?

Hello again

Solve the problem. Wen I press de power + home button to take a screen photo I press to long and the phone make a ram reset.
The fake icon disappeared
