Fake Operator not working

Is Fake Operator 1.0.1 not working for anyone else?

I have an iPhone 4 with 4.2.1 and when I enable Fake Operator and respring the new name shows up for 0.5 sec then disappears leaving the default (AT&T).

The only other status bar tweak I'm running is OpenNotifier. Although disabling it didn't change the problem.

MakeItMine and Fake Carrier don't work on 4.2.1. That's the reason for Fake Operator.
