I ordered 2 cases from Simon, A red one and a white one. Both orders shipped 10/27:

Their shipping is terrible!!!!!! Even though you save some money, the waiting time is unacceptable. My cousin LIVES in Shenzhen and I get mail from him in about 7 - 10 days.
I hope the white one isn't too bad.
I ordered white from Cindy, who is Simon's partner, so we should be receiving very similar if not the same case.
I ordered around the same time you did and have the same status on my tracking number. I spoke with Cindy and she said that it is probably in the U.S. by now, they are terrible at updating.
I've seen cases earlier in this thread get delivered when it stills says what we have as the status.
Lets hope we get it soon and the white fits/looks good!

I have seen black aluminum case on a white iphone and it looks like a black rubber case around it. The contrast between black and white are like night and day so it doesn't look right to me. However, I have seen some different color from the Spectra line that blend in with the white iphone very nicely....you can't go wrong with those either. The all black is not me on a white iphone.
It comes down to your own personal preference. Pick the color that makes you happy...

mine took exactly 13 days from the day i ordered to arrive. that is for both cases. i've spoken to jacky nie about my poor fitting case and he's taken care of me.
however, simon is slow to respond and just asked me to add extra padding

Woo hoo...got bunch of goodies today. I received my silver/silver from Jackie Lin today. I haven't put it on yet, but I can't believe elementcase is selling this for $150. Oh my gosh...so glad I didn't go for that. It feels like a $20 case.
I would have been disappointed in paying $150 for this case for the real thing.
I hope the fitting is good, but I'm off for lunch to beat the crowd.

Also can anyone confirm that there are two different version of the silvr/silver?
one with the SHORTER plastic insert & one with the LONGER plastic insert?
if so which seller is selling the silver/silver vapor pro with the longer insert?

mine shipped oct 25 and just got here yesterday.. Very slow shipping, but at least it arrived. I am bummed that I didn't order an anodized color though given the quality of the white paint.

Blue and silver came today, not very happy. The quality compared to the red/silver i received from the same seller is sub par. See pictures below. The blue/silver i received has the short plastic insert.....
The silver is not as nice as the on the red case as the pics show, its a matt finish where the red/silver is a nice glossy finish.
I will be emailing the supplier to see what happens as i was promised that the blue/silver is the same as the red/silver...

Here you go....here is my personal opinion...this is on a white 4s model.
* the quality is good
* the off/on button works fine
* some slight movement from back to front but I believe that is due to the thick rubber foam inside. however, I don't think it will fall apart during normal handling of the phone
* it's very light aluminum...it's so light that I feel like it's kind of plastic like.
* it feels great holding it. without the case, I felt like it was going to slip out of my hands. Now, I actually have a grip on it.
* still getting a 5 bar reception
* so far, I love it.
Unfortunately, the case does not work with my WestOne 3 ear-bud set I paid $350 for it and now I have to find an extension jack for it grrr....
Overall, it's worth the $20-$30 price tag for a bumper case. I still can't believe elementcase is charging $150 price tag for this. Like I said before, I would be very disappointed if had paid $150 for the real thing.

Yea, dont get me wrong, the quality is still good. I just much prefer the glossy finish with the longer insert. I still need to see how this fits.
I have emailed the supplier to see what we can do. The problem is shipping it back costs almost as much as the case itself. I have made sure to include pictures of the cases like above so i look forward to seeing what they say! im sure it will turn out fine though as they pride themselves with customer service.

i'm interested to find out how jacky nie took care of your problem because i also ordered from him but haven't received it yet.
