Fake Vapor Pro Reviews

I ordered a case from Ada Lee on the 5th of jan, shipped the 6th and hit USPS newyork the same day. It is now the 29th and I have not seen the package and USPS tracking has not been updated.

Emailed Ada and got no responce. About to file a charge back if its not here this week.
 
I know this is a Vapor Pro thread.
But i wanted to get a lot of you guys opinion.

Should i go get the Vapor pro (if you have links to a white one who ships pretty fast and it's cheap please PM me or reply!)

or should i go get the Cleave Draco IV in white? (If you have links as well! Please help me)

What are the benefits of one from the other?

Join the club. lol, I ordered one on December 6th and have yet to see it. Its sitting about 40 miles from me for the past eight days now. In the meantime the case has been to Michigan, Florida, California and now its back in Florida......I dont know what USPS is doing with it.

If you value reception and accessories for your iPhone, don't get a Cleave
 
I have two real ones I will part with. I sold my iPhones and went with droids. I have a real venom and a black and pink from my wifes phone. They come with everything including original receipts. Pm me if interested.
 
 
Modified rf insert

I sanded the phone side of the insert down to give it the cloudy look. This is the side that touches the phone that is never touched. Then I got a yellow and dark orange marker and played with the colors till I got something amber. At the right angles it amber and at the wrong angles it's still more yellow orange than it was out the box. Took sometime to get the right color. Not too bad though. I'm happier with this look.

this is where I ordered mine. I ordered it on the 23rd of January, right in the middle of the Chinese New Year holiday. It has not shipped yet. So I can't comment on its quality, but I am not expecting too much. The white ones, apparently even genuine Element Case, deal with some paint chipping. I will do a full review on caseswill.com once I receive mine.

They take paypal which is a plus:

why? they can facilitate resolutions. in any event, caseswill.com is a verified paypal user. I am also not worried if I lose $22 out of this deal. I won't be very happy of course, but it's not worth the effort of getting pissed off if it goes south.
 
Has anyone had to replace the foam pads in yours Vapor Pros yet? Mine seem to be compressed pretty badly and I would like to put new ones in. What has everyone used to do this? TIA

Just it one of those sticky foam pads, cut it up and stick it In there

Yeah i ordered a case from ebay as well. Boy it's taking longer than usual.
Please do update me or PM once you recieve it. I'd love to buy it as well!

I've ordered the White Vapor Comp. Will report back with pictures of the case when it arrives (it was shipped today).
 
Fake vapor pro vs real vapor pro

So I purchased one real vapor for and a fake one from Craigslist off someone claiming it was authentic. Having compared them there are obvious differences. First the painted emblems are painted in mismatched colors. Next, the fake one doesn't fit the phone as well, the phone has significant flex inside the case. And finally the most obvious flaw is that the polymer part of the frame which on the fake one is half the size of the real one. Furthermore, on the fake one the inner padding on the case is made of foam or this packing padding it's flimsy the real one has a distinct rubbery padding. Also on the fake ones the button built onto the frame has that cheap padding beneath it on the real one there is an orange flexible liner. Having tried on both there is no way these fakes are anywhere near the quality of the real deal, I would urge you not to support these counterfeiters as they may be cheap but they are sub par. Want to have the high end look? Pony up the cash.
 
Sigh....I just lost the screwdriver for the Black OPs case. Anyone knows where I can get a cheap one from. The one on Ebay is $14, I might as well get a new case. Are the screws on the Vapor Comp the same for the Black OPS?
 
just ordered one of the Jacky Lin Black Ops Vapor Pros. Hopefully it's as good as others were saying! any idea how long it takes to ship from China to Louisiana?
