I got my vapor case from this seller which is authorized Element Case retailer. I have purchased three cases from them, no problem at all. They are the only seller offers free return and exchange within 14 days.

I don't what to get some fake case. Just like you are getting the fake LV bag..

Quit spamming our thread with your overpriced eBay knockoff store. These are 100% fakes, as Element has no authorized eBay retailers.

EDIT: I know when to eat crow. My apologies, I thought that I had read somewhere that any eBay store claiming to be an authorized reseller was a fake.

For those following my saga...

I didn't have a lot of time to mess with the fit last night, like I wanted to. I had a little time (about 5 minutes) to use some fine (220 grit) sandpaper along the RF edge that meets with the metal frame, and it has made a huge difference. I brought a little piece with me today to the office and I'm going to mess with it a bit more on my lunch break.

So, while it sucks to have to mod something to get it to work properly, it seems like it's worth it in the end, especially since I saved about $100

I didn't take any before pics, and the only camera I have it my iPhone 4. Not very interesting to see the case not on the phone, is it?

UPDATE: So I sanded a bit more of the edge, like I mentioned I wanted to do, and it is damn near perfect now! I think I may go just a little further, but not now (don't feel like taking it off and putting it back on again lol)

I also contacted Jacky, to mention that the fit was not right, just to sort of let him know that the batch may be messed up. I really had no thoughts of receiving a replacement because I had no intention of sending it back, since it would cost as much as the case in postage, and I had already sanded it. He replies "ok,i will try to send one new one with out retail box". I asked him what he meant by "try", thinking that he may try and not be able to, and he said "don't worry,we promise resend a new one.we not only sell goods,we also sell our service and credit"

So, kudos to Jacky Lin. I'll certainly consider buying goods from them in the future. Excellent customer service!!

Just wanted to post a quick note. The case i put on the 4S is a little loose. Big problem the case I put on the 4 it covers part of the vibrate switch.

For those that ordered from AliExpress- does tracking work via USPS a few days after shipment? Or do I need to track via the China Post website directly?

Neither will work for awhile. I ordered on Feb 3 and my tracking number still doesn't work. I'm wondering what is going on at this point...

I ordered on 2nd February and it showed "shipped" on 7th February. Tracking number throws up nothing on HongKong Post and SingPost. I messaged Jacky Lin and got a reply saying that HongKong Post takes at least 20 days now. The thing is, the money has already been charged as can be seen from my bill. Let's see if the item arrives on 27th February.

I too Ordered around the 3rd of Feb, he said he will send another one out as he thinks HK post lost mine. Definately not a 1st world postal service.

The money has been taken but it is in escrow, and Jacky doesn't get it until you say that you've received your order, and everything is good.

To those that ordered in early February- everyone in China was on holiday for their new year, so I think that HK/China post is backed up. I ordered on 2/4 and got it yesterday, 2/23. YMMV.

What a borderline racist thing to say. Just because it takes longer, because it's coming from a world away, doesn't mean it's not "1st world".

As a matter of fact, I have had more problems with late/lost packages with USPS than HK post. You know what you signed up for when you ordered it. Learn some respect, and some patience.

Hang in there bud. As you can see, I was basically on the same timeline as you, and I got mine yesterday.

I messaged him through aliexpress and he said that it could be lost and would be sending out another one.

I'm hoping that there has just been a backlog of shipments due to the chinese new year and maybe usps isn't logging everything.

Just got shipment notification that my vapor pro from casewill just arrived in Sacramento, California (via DHL). Ordered on the 22nd, shipped on the 23rd, today (24th) its near me! I should be getting it by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Will post pictures and review after. Got the blue & silver color.

Rubber/Foam Inserts Missing

I recieved this casee and the rubber foam/inserts are missing. Rather then reorder the case I thought I might be able to buy the foam/rubber strips. The finish on the case is nice so that is to the plus side. Any advice on what to buy?

Not trying to accuse anyone here but i have the same feeling that it was not shipped yet or that he's still awaiting for stock because surely the postal service can't be that bad that they lost so many packages.. if they only make so much money out of one unit, they would make a big loss resending all the ones that got 'lost' and would probably suggest to go with better post service such as DHL etc I'd reckon..

Anyone else have similar view?

He finally responded to me messages last night and gave the same answer as the rest. He said HK post probably lost it and will resend another. I asked if he could use DHL instead since i have waited for so long, but he said its too expensive. Awaiting if he has a new tracking number for me.

This honestly blows. I have waited for almost a month and probably have to wait for another month until I get it.
