I've fallen twice now and sustained minor injuries. The watch never alerted me.

One time, I had a mild stumble in my living room, and it alerted me. I find it highly suspect that two intense falls sent no alert. Yet a simple trip activated it. Not sure what to think.

When you say that you "find it highly suspect," it sounds like your watch is out to get you, or in on a conspiracy against you.

The watch doesn’t alert you if you trip and graze your knee. It alerts you if it detects you may be motionless for a minute after a fall.

Yes there will be false positives, but if you’re moving directly after a fall it shouldn’t alert you — regardless how painful it may be.

My S4 has alerted me multiple times from just banging it against something. You do not have to be still either as I was walking when it went off. If you fall you can not really depend on the S4 saving you as it must have enough of an impact to set it off.
