False iPhone 4S case

So, now that we know that the iPhone 4S has the same shape as the iPhone 4, what happens to all the cases that companies have been mass producing that are the wrong shape?
 
It was only like a few thousand dollars to manufacture those and they potentially stood to make 1000% profit within a couple days or something if they sold them so it was potentially worth it.

Now they are garbage.

I think what the OP is referring to is the "redesigned" profile that everyone was expecting in the iPhone "5", with the larger screen and the mute switch on the right hand side of the phone opposite the volume rocker.

The quick, simple answer: They wasted their money.
 
I think he meant the companies who made a 4S/5 case with the tapered design. Hopefully they managed to sell most of them already!
 
The camera lens is larger and there is now a flash next to it. If you use a IP4 case on the 4S you probably won't have much use of the camera.
 
The iphone 4S case can be used for iphone 4G

I think the iphone 4S case can be used for iphone 4G.
In contrast, not all the cases for iphone 4G can be used for iphone 4S .
