Family Apple ID / Accounts - iTunes Match

I have reviewed the multiple account sticky but I am trying to figure out a way to deal with iTunes Match as well. I have music content that I don't want kids to have access to but don't want to manually sync. Any ideas or suggestions?

-Every use has their own iCloud account
-One family iCloud used for purchases
-iTunes Match? Do I need two accounts - one adult, one kids?
