Hey what's up guys, I want to know what's the optimal situation for multiple iOS devices? I'm planning on getting a 5s for my mom, and I have a good portion of paid apps, but want her to have her own iCloud with her storage and such for facetime/5gb base cap, etc. Is there a way to just link/transfer the apps or ID for app purchases? To expand upon this, is there a way to solely use one account for the App Store Purchases (with TouchID/Paid apps) and have her completely separate Apple ID for her device and Facetime?

You can use different iCloud accounts for different functions on the device. So, you can use your account for the App Store and App installation, but use her iCloud account for iMessage, Facetime, Calendars, etc. That's what I do with my daughters iPhone and iPad. We use my id for the apps and for Find My iPhone, since I've purchased hundred of $ in apps, but she uses her icloud for everything else.
