Has anyone done this?
I want to preorder 2 phones, 1 for each line on my family plan.
Wanted to call apple and ask how to do it but its a 2 hour wait time on the phone.
I entered one of the phone numbers and the billing zip code/social security number and went through and added a phone to the cart no problem.
I then went back and tried the other phone number and did the same thing just to see if it allowed both numbers through and it worked.
I then ended up with 2 phones in my cart - but it doesnt say anything about the phone number attached to each phone - so I have a feeling that MAYBE the phones would come with the same number on both of them - a little scared off by that.
So I'm wondering, has anyone with a family plan ordered iPhones for multiple lines on their family account?
I'm thinking that maybe I can go through with one number, completely check out. Then go through and do the same with another number and completely check out. The only thing I'm worried about then is how screwed up my bill will be....I have unlimited famliy texts and minutes. I dont want it to screw up my account even though I know a quick trip or call to ATT would fix it. I also have a discount applied to my account and I'm also fearful that would get screwed up.
Anyway - I can deal with the billing issues later. I guess my main question at this point is if anyone has done this, what did you do?
