So my brother just bought the new Zedd album called 'True Colors' and I have him as part of my shared Family in my iCloud Family Sharing. Using my Macbook, I went into the iTunes Store and downloaded the album from my brothers Purchased Music list so I could listen to it on my Mac.
Checking my iPhone Music App, it now showed that album twice under the Zedd Artist, so of course I got OCD and went back to my Mac to see what was going on. My iTunes Match subscription had already uploaded my brothers copy of the album as part of my own library!
So after deleting my brothers copy from the mac, I was now left with a 'Matched' version of True Colors in my iTunes Library, which showed the same on my phone.... Doesn't this seem a bit, odd? This is basically automated stealing on Apple's side is it not?
