Family Sharing, iCloud Drive, Photos etc.

Hi all

I know with Family Sharing you can share apps, music books etc. But how about the contents of your iCloud Drive and the new photo library?

If I set up our "Family" account that has all our iTunes purchases as the Family Sharing creator, then use my iCloud account on my phone and her's on her phone, adding them both as family members, will we get access to the "Family" account iCloud Drive and "Family" account Photos on both phones?

I hope I'm explaining this well enough!
