Hello Forum. I used to have a Macbook Pro through work. We recently switched computers and I no longer have a Mac. I have since purchased a Mac Mini for my family and am trying to set up Family Sharing, but it isn't available in my system preferences folder. I have enabled Family Sharing (it provides an option to "manage my family"), and have set it up before, so I have an idea of what I am looking for; it's just not there...
I have checked and I am on the latest software version with no updates available.
Attached are screen shots of what is (not) appearing. I am the administrator of the computer
Thanks for your help!

First off, those screen shots are not Catalina (the latest operating system for now). Catalina does not have an iCloud system preference. Instead, you'd see a different arrangement with a top row listing your name plus buttons for Apple ID and Family Sharing (click Apple ID would to access your Apple ID and iCloud settings). So, just what is the "latest version" displayed in About This Mac?
