I can't decide if this should go in the iOS forum or the OS X forum, since it's related to both.

I've set up family sharing as the family organizer on my Mac with Yosemite, and another family member has joined this family on their iPad. Since then, I cannot make any purchase on my iPhone (running iOS 7) or on the iPad (running iOS 8). We can't buy anything whatsoever, not even free apps.

When getting an app from the apps store on my iPhone, a message says that I cannot purchase the item because someone else in my family has already done so (which is not true). That's that, no other options.

When doing the same on the iPad, I am told that I need to verify payment info, and I am given a blank form to fill out, except the form cannot be filled out because it does not respond to input.

I have tried signing in and out of the App store account on the iPad, it changes nothing. As soon as I stop family sharing and get everyone to leave family sharing, everything seems to work again. But I would really like to be able to use ONE bank card and have everyone pay with that, as I am the only one in the family who owns a bank card.

It looks like Apple no longer tests their software, they just write random code and hope it works. And if it doesn't, well, tough luck, eh!

Has anyone gotten family sharing to actually work? If so, what magical steps did they take to avoid what I'm getting?
