Family sharing tv shows not working

Hi all,

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I couldn't see a more relevant place.

I've had family sharing for about a year now, and sharing apple music with the wife has been no problem. I recently bought a TV series on iTunes and we were hoping she would also be able to watch it on her iPhone. Unfortunately all she can watch are 30 second clips of each episode. We've tried going to the purchased section on iTunes and playing but it's the same thing. Even downloading the show doesn't help. I've checked on my iPhone and I'm definitely sharing my purchases.

Can anyone help?
