What a shame, I feel bad for her family. She was a pioneer for women's collegiate sports.

She was more than famous she made not only the women's game but women's sports in general.

Growing up in Nashville and my sister being a UT alum we were big fans of Pat Summitt. She really invested in her players and helped to prepare them for life in general, not just for basketball.
