I have a mbp and I noticed a while ago that my right fan was never on. I was finally able to replace it myself today (my warranty expired a year ago), but it still won't come on. Any one have any ideas? thanks

Might be something wrong with the logic board itself. Try running the Apple Hardware Test off the install DVD and see if it flags anything.
