Fan noïse macbook

Hi,
I got a black macbook (third unit sent by apple) and when I'm working in a silent area, I can hear noise coming from the fan. Not so loud, but still audible. Also, a tiny sizzling coming from the Magsafe when plugged. Should I have to worry ?
