Have you deleted SmcFanControl? If you haven't do it now:

Repeat the SMC and PRAM reset if it still persists. After that, try Safe boot

I already deleted the smcfancontrol and reset SMC and PRAM twice. When i turned it on,the fan decreases it speed, but after like a minute it started to increase.
    How to safe boot?

    thanks

And after you've solved your issue (if you do), take a lesson from this. Forget about these kind of tools. Nothing good actually comes from them. The computer is smarter than the user about these kind of things; it knows when the fans need to be on.

Many consumer grade fans are designed for a 10,000 hour lifetime. That's five business years, and so it's possible that your machine's fan is looking at retirement. Those bearings don't last forever.

Also, if you have a pet like a cat or dog that sheds a lot, the fan might be somewhat rehabilitated with a good cleaning.

Thanks for the comment.though I didnt have any pet, may it be cat or dog, I did cleaned already the fan. In fact, cleaned it before the annoying increase of speed/sound.
