Fan Upgrade and *639# text

Alright so i get the FAN discount on my line and i also texted the *639# and it just said that. As a valued customer, we can offer you an upgrade with a 2-yr commitment and an 18 dollar fee. Does that mean $199/299 or $399/499? i bought my phone on december 2009. Can someone please clarify.

I think it's the lower amount. (Not 1199 like you wrote though 😀 )

i bought my iphone on aug 09 and got the exact following text when i called *638#:

"a full discount on standard handset or iphone upgrade is not available at this time but yo may qualify on 4-30-11. we can offer you a discounted iphone upgrade at a higher prince with a 2-yr commitment and a $18 upgrade fee. please visit a participating iphone sales location for pricing on this offer."

guess that puts me either 399/499.

Yup as others have said, your set dude, just need to pay an additional 18 bucks on top of the 199/299.
