Not sure why because I only have one tab of Chrome open and nothing else but iStat Pro is showing me that the fans are running at 3.4k rpm. I tried restarting but that didn't help and it was actually running around 5k when it came back on. I also tried resetting PRAM. I don't think the temperatures are high enough for the fans to be running at this speed. CPU is currently at 51degrees celcius. Anyone know what I can do?

Now it's down to 3k with 5 tabs open in chrome and CPU at 53degress celcius. Something is wrong
I checked Activity monitor and the highest CPU usage is google chrome with 4.4%
